As we head into the holiday season, we are preparing ourselves for that variety of food we will be experiencing in the upcoming weeks.
Here is this weeks breakdown!
Breakfast:
Kenny- Smoothie: kale, ginger, turmeric, mixed berries, vanilla protein powder
Olivia- Protein Oats, Frozen blueberries, peanut butter
Lunch:
Kenny- Tofu, Broccoli, beans, roasted potatoes
Olivia- Ground Turkey, roasted potatoes, Strawberries, avocado
Dinner: Egg whites, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Thai Chili Brussel Sprouts
Snacks: K-Bananas
