Happy Thanksgiving week, and if you don't celebrate Thanksgiving thats cool too. This week with the holiday on Thursday we are keeping it VERY clean.
Here is this weeks breakdown!
Breakfast:
Kenny- Smoothie: kale, ginger, turmeric, mixed berries, vanilla protein powder
Olivia- Protein Oats, Frozen Raspberries, peanut butter
Lunch:
Kenny- Tofu, Broccoli, roasted potatoes
Olivia- Burger Bowls: Ground Turkey, White Rice, Mustard, pickles
Dinner: Whole Foods Chili, Green Beans
Snacks: Oranges and Apples
