My Journey to Health Coaching

I didn’t start my career as a health coach, but I found myself drawn to this profession after realizing the impact that health and wellness had on my life and the others around me. Like many, I spent years being overweight and obese with the catalyst of success being told I needed to be on hypertension and high cholesterol medication at age 19. I made a huge diet and lifestyle switch and even started doing work on the mental game by personal development.

After studying and researching countless strategies in nutrition, mindset coaching, and fitness, and helping some of my co workers lose weight, I decided to dedicate my life to sharing this knowledge. I wanted to create a place where people could come not just to lose weight but to truly find balance in their lives.

This mission shaped my health coaching business, where I now empower individuals with the tools, accountability, and mindset shifts needed to achieve their wellness goals.


My Coaching Philosophy

I believe that health success isn’t about weight loss alone, but about the transformation of the entire person—inside and out. My coaching programs are tailored to each individual because everyone’s journey is unique. Here are the three core pillars of my coaching philosophy:

  • Mindset Mastery: Success comes when we fully take responsibility for our circumstances and adopt the right mindset. With affirmations and mental conditioning, I help my clients foster a growth mindset, shifting away from victimhood and embracing empowerment.

  • Nutrition Strategies: Nutrition isn't about deprivation, but rather about nourishing your body with foods that promote energy, healing, and vitality. I work with clients to build sustainable, whole-food eating habits that fuel their bodies and optimize performance.

  • Movement for Life: I teach clients to view exercise as a way to improve their quality of life, not just as a means to burn calories. We focus on functional movement that enhances everyday life, whether it’s through Pilates, strength training, or activities that bring joy and energy.


Signature & Performance Packages

I offer two primary coaching packages: the Signature Package and the Performance Package, each available in 3, 6, and 12-month options.

  • Signature Package: This is perfect for clients looking for guidance in nutrition, weekly check-ins, and a structured plan to improve their health over time. Clients get personalized meal plans and exercise routines, along with mindset coaching to help them overcome limiting beliefs.

  • Performance Package: Designed for clients who want to take it a step further and challenge themselves. With this package, clients are charged an extra $50 if they fail to hit their weekly goals. It’s perfect for those who want to hold themselves accountable and take their health journey seriously.


What Sets Me Apart

What truly sets me apart is my holistic approach and my emphasis on mindset. Many programs focus solely on the physical aspect of health, but I believe that without the right mindset, any changes in diet or exercise are only temporary.

When clients work with me, they are committing not only to improving their bodies but to reprogramming their minds. I teach them the importance of taking full responsibility for their success and how small, consistent habits can compound into long-lasting results.


My Goal: Helping As Many People As Possible

My ultimate goal is to help as many people as possible realize their health potential. Whether it’s through individual coaching, group programs, or subscription-based services that provide clients with regular check-ins and mindset affirmations, I strive to be a guiding light on their journey to better health.

I also incorporate cutting-edge tools such as AI body scans that clients can use at home to track their progress bi-weekly. This ensures that even outside of our weekly sessions, clients are staying accountable and motivated.
